Policy

 

We inspect every item extremely well before shipment to ensure your  item is shipped in EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!       If an item is received  broken, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.  For  insurance purposes we must have pictures of the broken merchandise.   Once you have completed the steps we will send out a replacement crown.   If you would like to receive a cash refund, we will honor the request,  MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES.  You are responsible for shipping damaged items  back to us.   

We provide tracking on all shipments and $50  insurance.  If you would like to purchase additional insurance please  contact us before paying.

No cash refunds on deposits for special order crowns. 

We  will accept returns 7 days after the date received.   A 25% restocking  fee will be added, and you will be responsible for return shipping,  priority.  The refund issued will reflect the 25% restocking fee.   Please, to avoid confusion contact us prior to returning ANY ITEMS! 

RETURN ITEMS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.....NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!
