ALL PURCHASE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ON LINE VIA THE WEBSITE. WHEN CHECKING OUT SELECT THE "PRINT AND CALL/LAYAWAY" OPTION.  This will generate an order number and it will email you a copy of the order.  You will need to reference this order number on your purchase order.  

All purchase orders need to be emailed to:  wvroyaltycrowns@outlook.com 

Please put include the following:

*School information including phone numbers and address and contact information.

*Required signatures 

*ORDER NUMBER 

We will ship your items to the school address provided on PO. 

ALL Invoices must be paid within 30 days OF receiving the order.
